so is this the famous website i’ve heard so much about? phew. glad i found it. love this shot. i mean, really love it. i keep staring at the fragments captured in the window, especially.
I like the smoke and the rather bizarre feeling the photo elicits (particularly with the little girl)…but honesly, I find yesterday’s more compelling photographically, your rule-of-thirds usage here notwithstanding. I think it’s the tones–they are of course good in this photo, but yesterday’s were superb.

It was the soft, Velvia-like tonality that first grabbed me about this compelling shot. I've shot many a wedding shot from behind like this, as it drives a story, making one wonder what exchange is going on between the subjects, in this case mother & daughter. Great PJ(photojournalistic) shot.
