I think I'm noticing more and more the film "look" of your MF shots, Cog. Just that little undefinable something makes them look non-digital, and in that way, I think, slightly closer to reality.

hey, you know what's torture? spending an autumn not in vermont and then looking at your pictures. i mean, sheesh, just once you'd think you could take an ugly photo…
I think I know what you mean, Nate. Of course, the slide shows so, so much more than the scan, but a lot of why I posted this photo was because I kept coming back to it and just staring at it. I think I really like the idea of standing there in the grass…
And Guz, an easy solution to your predicament would be to move back out here. Just sayin'

Love how this looks polarized and as though shot on FujiChrome with such heavy saturation, making the grass and asphalt feel tangible.
