I really like this crop ratio (1:2.5), as well as the 1:1 and 5:4 crops, compared with the standard 3:2. I also kind of like the fact that the guy is so distorted. Could just be a classic case of Parenthood, though, a term I’ve decided will mean the attachment an artist develops with his work simply through the amount of time spent on its development, thus rendering the former utterly incapable of objectively judging the latter. It’s up to you to tell me if my child is ugly.
