It’s been too long since you did street candids–and this is why. Wonderful capture, with great mood. I do love shooting in swirling snow.
My only thought–maybe cropping in the right side to the edge of the central tree’s branches. The string of yellow lights on the far right is cool, but I think the shot would feel that much more pithy with a closer focus on the tree, the light/snow, and the people.
