I agree. Surreal tones in this one. Kinda funny–I initially thought the couple looked like they were from the 50s because of his haircut from the back and their position…and then I saw the dude’s shorts and white shoes.
Haha, thanks guys. I actually got kind of lucky this one. I saw the light (which was what attracted my eye to this scene in the first place) and then I thought the couple statue would be a good focal point. Then, as I was lining up the shot, I thought to myself, hey, wouldn’t it be awesome if a real couple were to show up in the frame? And I was lining up my shot, a real couple did walk right into place. It was really cool and I just smiled and clicked away.
