The last of Tuesday night’s rainy set. This one seemed appropriate, being that it’s Halloween weekend and all. Not that I really care — I’ve never been too keen on Halloween festivities. I just don’t like people in costumes!
For the record, though, this guy is just a “Downtown Alliance” security guy wearing a raincoat. I guess he’s sort of like a rent-a-cop for the downtown area.
