Escape

On second glance, this one is a bit Chromasia-esque, perhaps.

I’ve just decided that you have a palette, Cog. It’s not all-encompassing, of course, but especially since you’ve been in NYC there have been some colors that come back repeatedly. I bring this up because I see a lot of them in today’s rather startling and beautiful photo.

On another note, Cyndi says she wants to “throw a wrench in your Cogs.” Snipe!

I do realize, by the by, that part of the reason for your relatively recent color similarities is due to the fact that you are in a place with a certain type of color set in the backgrounds, but I still stand by my point that part of it is your personality.

What is this, by the way?

Nate, I would be interested to hear more about this alleged palette. Not that I’m at all opposed to the idea, but are we sure it’s not just that New York gets monochrome this time of year? But, heck, if I have a palette, then cool!

Also, Cyndi’s parting shot sounds more like a line a guy would use as a pickup line.

So… Cyndi. How you doin’? Snipe!

Phillip: I’m glad you surfaced, at long last. And from Montana, too, it seems! We need to catch up, man.

Anyway, this is part of a statue / sculpture near Battery Park (surprise!), along the pier where the boats pick up tourists to go to the Statue of Liberty. You’ll understand a little more with tomorrow’s photo.
