I’m not even sure if I like this one or not. But I felt a strange drive to post it. So I did. And it isn’t like you people comment anyway, so I have no way to gauge if it’s good or it isn’t. It just is, apparently.

I'm sick of being the only one who comments on this damn site. Except for Gorsk, occasionally. And a select few others even less frequently. C'mon, people! Show some love! (And I won't even get started on my own site. I clearly have no friends but Cog and my brother.)
Cog, this fence needs, in some weird, unfathomable way, to be looked at. Like I told you when we were standing there, I have taken photos of this same fence in pretty much the same conditions, but have chosen not to post for whatever reason. I don't know if it's a "good" photo either, but I find myself looking at it pretty intently. And that's gotta count for something.

Here's my occasional post. I agree with both of you. There is some weird quality to the fence/photo that begs for it to be studied. I think the angle on this photo also really creates an interesting pov, and I seem to be more taken by the water in front of the gate than anything else. Also, now that I look again at it, the whole overgrowth thing to it is pretty compelling.

Thank you both for the wonderful comments. I suppose you are, indeed, my only two friends, but one can do much worse than you two.

I would comment more, except I don't know enough about photography to construct meaningful comments and usually someone else says it better before I get a chance. Or I don't have anything to say beyond "cool photo" and that gets boring fast, so I don't say it. New plan: take my silence as a compliment. If I DON'T like one of your photos I'll comment and tell you why.
That sounds more my style anyway.
