This one was a little too easy: Taken from the porch attached to Nate‘s apartment, this was the first thing I saw waking up on Saturday morning, the first day of my two-day visit to Vermont and Middlebury and Burlington.
It was great to be back.

First I was going to complain (waaaaah) about how jealous I am.
Then I realized the first thing I did Saturday morning was paddle my kayak out into the middle of the lake and listen to loons. Which is really not so bad.
But I still wish I’d been in VT.
